The Story Behind 240Audio
240Audio is named after the M240, the finest weapon founder Jose ever fired in five years of military service. But the name runs deeper than the hardware.
Fresh out of boot camp, Jose was taken under the wing of a couple of guys who became family — one he still calls his "army dad." Between everything else the military throws at you, they taught him how to wire speakers by hand. It started as something to do. It turned into something he loved, and something that connected him to the people who looked out for him.
Years later, those skills became 240Audio. Every speaker Jose builds carries that history: the craftsmanship passed down to him, the gear he refuses to let go to waste, and the belief that the things built to last deserve to keep going.
That's what "Made to stay in the fight" really means. It's about the music, the art, and the good times: by the pool, on the trail, in the garage, wherever you do your living. And it's about giving tough, beautiful, hard-used pieces one more mission instead of letting them rot.
